Change at the head of Generali Asigurari
Tudor Moldovan, general director and president of the Directorate of Generali Asigurari, accepted the offer received from the Generali PPF Holding - that of being directly involved in all the business projects from the Central and Eastern Europe.
Generali, major shareholder of Generali Asigurari, appointed Marie Kováová as future general director and president of the company’s directorate, after ending the needed administrative procedures. “It was a great experience and an honor for me to join to the success of Generali in Romania. I was pleased to work during all these years in the company, next to the employees and business partners with who I’ve worked”, Tudor Moldovan stated.
“Tudor Moldovan is a manager of high quality with a vast experience in the domain of insurances. Generali PPF Holding believes in his ability of solving the pressing problems from the CEE region. We thank him for the deposited effort in carrying on our activities from Romania”, Ladislav Bartoníek, CEO within Generali PPF Holding commented.
The company Generali PPF Holding B.V. is a joint venture of Assicurazioni Generali (51% of the stocks) and PPF Group (49%) and operates in 12 countries from the Central and Eastern Europe. By its subsidiaries, Generali PPF Holding administrates assets amounted to about 10 billion euro and serves 9 million customers from the entire region. Generali PPF Holding is recorded in the Netherland, having as main operational branch at Prague, in the Czech Republic.
