Baumax changes the board
Starting with September 1, Alexander French is the new country manager of the Austrian retailer Baumax Romania, instead of Jörg Bierlein, that will occupy starting with this autumn a similar position at the subsidiary from Turkey of the company.
The Austrian company is present in eight countries from Eastern and Central Europe, with 134 stores, having surfaces between 8.000 and 12.000 square meters. In Romania, Baumax owns seven stores, in Brasov, Sibiu, Cluj, Targu Mures, Craiova, Suceava and Bacau, planning on opening another seven units.
