Romanian Conservative Party Has A New President
The Conservative Party Congress has elected a new president, Daniel Constantin, who competed with Petre Marginean in the internal elections held Sunday. Constantin got 975 votes, while Marginean secured 398 of the votes. The winner is a former EU counselor with the Agriculture Ministry and the Agency for Payments and Interventions in Agriculture former president, and Marginean is the leader of the party's branch in Hunedoara, western Romania.
