Imostruct sold a terain of one million euro

The real estate developer Imotrust Arad sold for more then one million euro a terrain with an amounted surface of two hectares, having industrial destination. At the end of May, Imotrust also sold a terrain of over seven hectares from Arad, with almost three million euro, which he had purchased in March, last year, with over 800.000 euro. The company aims this year, next to the other subsidiaries on a consolidated established turnover of 110 million lei, including selling of assets, and a profit of 20 million lei.
