The Romanian coalition reaches common ground on the “Andronescu” file
After a series of contradictory statements published at the end of last week, yesterday, the leaders of the coalition reached a new compromise. Even so, moments of tension could rise again in the next few days , due to the fact that on Thursday there will be debate regarding a impeachment motion filed by Romanian political parties PNL and UDMR. The minister of education, Ecaterina Andronescu, will modify the order regarding namings of executives in the education boards. She agreed that current school and kindergarten directors will not be removed from their posts until the new Law of Education will come into effect. Therefore, there is no reason that the minister should be removed from commission. This was the compromise that the two parties agreed upon yesterday, during the weekly coalition assembly. The IMF council is evaluating the agreement made with the Romanian government, in full political scandal
Romanian prime-minister Emil Boc is threatening with the reshuffle of PSD members, while PSD party president, Mircea Geoana, is recommending that the prime-minister monitors the PD-L ministers responsible with the economics politics. While this, and a controversial censorship motion that is being settled for voting, the IMF council will subject to approval the first evaluation report of the agreement made with Romania. The IMF also launched a proposal for the payment of the next 2 tranches, scheduled in September and October (1.9 billion Euros, respectively 1.5 billion Euros) towards Romania. The crisis of moral values led to the world financial crisis
For two days, Iasi was the capital city of the dialogue between the political environment and religious one, within the XI edition of the Intercultural Dialogue between the Orthodox Church and the European People’s Party and European Democrats( EPP – ED). The world financial crisis was one of the themes debated, the conclusion being that the current economic crisis will last many years and that its roots derive from a deeper crisis, the one of the values. Iasi has become for several days an “European capital city of the dialogue” , between the laics and clericals, during the conference of the XI Dialogue Conference between the Orthodox Church and the EPP-ED Group. Fiscal politics regarding the deductible costs
The term of deductibility represents from the accounting and fiscal point of view, an admission of an element from the financial reports which is allowed to be carried on by an economic agent in his activity. Reported to the costs, in the determination and accounting process of the profit tax, the deductible costs represent those costs which are recognized from the fiscal point of view. As regarding the fiscal regime the deductible costs are analyzed from two points of view. A first aspect makes reference to the fact that the economic agents use the cost articles enumerated in the Fiscal Code and other fiscal paperwork accordingly to this process. The Fiscal Code defines this category as being those costs that are carried out in order to achieve taxable incomes, inclusively the ones regulated by normative documents in force.
