The german tour-operator TUI returns to Romania next year
Romania’s Ministery of Tourism has signed a partnership with the german group TUI. As a result of this agreement, the german tour-operator will return to Romania next year and the romanian tourist destinations will be included in the TUI catalogue. Also, the ministery negociated with the german company Air Berlin the acquisition of a charter plane which will transport german tourists to the Kogalniceanu Aiport in Constanta. TUI decided to stop bringing tourists to Romania and take out of it’s catalogue the romanian tourist destinations in 2006, because of the poor accommodation conditions, high prices charged by the hotels, loud noise and the lack of cleanliness in the tourist locations. citeste mai mult

Romanian National Allegedly Kidnapped In Egypt
A group of tourists, including one Romanian, five Germans and five Italians, was kidnapped in the southern Egyptian city of Aswan, CNN reported. The Romanian Foreign Ministry has not yet confirmed that a Romanian national is among the hostages, but activated a crisis cell. Meanwhile, the Romanian Embassy in Cairo has contacted Egyptian authorities for confirmation on the presence of a Romanian national among the kidnapped. The Romanian Foreign Ministry added is it also working with the Italian Foreign Ministry to check the information. The Romanian Embassy in Cairo told Mediafax the ambassador will meet with the Egyptian tourism minister. According to CNN, Egyptian security officials said up to 15 foreign tourists were abducted. The group was though to include two Israelis, according to the cited source, which added the hostages may have been taken to Sudan, but the Israeli foreign minister said there are no Israelis in the kidnapped group. Imostruct sold a terain of one million euro
The real estate developer Imotrust Arad sold for more then one million euro a terrain with an amounted surface of two hectares, having industrial destination. At the end of May, Imotrust also sold a terrain of over seven hectares from Arad, with almost three million euro, which he had purchased in March, last year, with over 800.000 euro.
